OUR SHORT STORY

Swemar AB was founded by Peter Kjellberg in 2010 as an off-spring to the family fishery and vessel owning business, that has been in the sector for generations.

With the strong roots in the fishery including all positions at the vessels, ending up as captain, the next step was to start a company to explore the connections done while fishing off the coast of West Africa.

The company have since then been cooperating with the main owners and operators in the area, the repair yards, workshops and the suppliers.

Recent years Swemar have taken a stronger position in the technical support, supply of material and consulting in and around the fishery business. The company have also reached out to the production plants, power plants and a wide array of customers operating in the area.
