About Swemar AB – Rooted in Experience, Driven by Service
Swemar AB was established in 2010 by Peter Kjellberg, building on generations of experience in the family’s fishery and vessel ownership business. With deep knowledge from working in all onboard roles, including as captain, Peter founded Swemar to expand the network developed while operating off the coast of West Africa. Since then, the company has partnered with key owners, operators, shipyards, workshops, and suppliers in the region.
In recent years, Swemar has grown its focus on technical support, material supply, and consulting—serving not only the fishery sector but also power plants, production facilities, and industrial clients.
